Housecleaning is one of the greatest exercises that we can do for a number of different reasons. First of all, it is physical activity that we need to do and can not be put off for too long. Secondly, living in a clean house is going to make us comfortable and less stressed. This will go a long way in helping us with any fitness goals we are trying to achieve.

Tip #3 - Enjoy Your Children or Grandchildren

Children are a powerhouse of energy and can be a great source of exercise for you. Take them to the park on a regular basis and be active with them. Not only will you enjoy some exercise but your family bond will grow as a result of the increased togetherness.

Dancing is a fantastic form of exercise and is a lot of fun at the same time. Usually, there are dance lessons that are available in almost every town so check your local listings and see if you can get in on the fun.
